Again, that will be dependant upon other factors. If you've got the
most authority site on the planet according to IBLs, I doubt keyword
density will be an issue.

Balance it out in the text with synomyms for fitness. Use gymnasium
now and then instead of gym. Work dojo and dojang in there.
